It was one of your reviews that gave me my great (cheap) Adcom amp that I still use (May they Rest In Peace). Outlaw’s RR2160 has a tone control defeat switch and AB speaker output allowing for multiple speaker connections. I get that, but I also have been playing sax professionally at small venues in LA for more than 20 years and can tell you price does not follow quality sound. But objectively, I do not see how using a less refined speaker, or a DAC I am not familiar with, would reveal much more about the character of the Outlaw. Every button, knob, and jack is clearly labeled.
